Job Description
Job Title: Finance Systems Assurance Manager (Controls)
Location: Glascoed or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £60,000+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, maintaining and driving a finance system controls culture through management of the team
- Responsible for system controls for centralised finance systems to support Corporate Reform
- Managing the team deliverables for Internal & External Audits requirements
- Responsible for the team delivering audit recommendations in the agreed timescales
- Team management to deliver finance systems assurance responsibilities
- Supporting corporate data governance requirements
- Leading relationship with internal stakeholders for finance system RACMs
- Acting as key interface with GPO (Global Process Owners)
- Driving high standards of Finance systems controls
- Leading relationship External and Internal auditors for finance systems controls
- Supporting the Key Finance Systems Programmes programme in deploying finance systems controls
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of managing Financial Audits
- Managing capability via Project Delivery Programmes
- Proven experience of managing a financial control environment & a small Finance Systems Team
Desirable
- Knowledge of Corporate Reform / implementing Corporate Reform requirements within an organisation
