FCAS Enhanced IT Team Member
Job Description
Job Title: IT Service Delivery Co-Ordinator
Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on skills and experience
What you will do:
- As an IT Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will be undertaking several Service Delivery activities in support of the UKs Next Generation Future Combat Air programme, working with the FCAS, GCAP and FalconWorks™ WS5 programmes
- Being a reliable and efficient focus point for the FCAS Community
- Providing a responsive service to the FCAS Community in solving any IT problems or issues that are brought to your attention in a timely manner
- Assisting in the development of new or improved practices and organisational processes or standards and facilitates localised improvements to the quality system or services
- Deliver any discrete tasks required in support of the FCAS programme
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience working in a service delivery/ customer service environment
- Good understanding of MS office packages
Desirable:
- Service Now knowledge
- SharePoint knowledge
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
- ITIL Foundation certification

The Enterprise IT Team:
You will, as part of a team, support the mobilisation of this business by providing a first-class IT service to all colleagues who work within this programme including assisting users with request for IT equipment or with IT issues. Also working with suppliers to ensure issues are resolved for end users.
