Job Title: Engineering Manager – Systems Engineering

Location: Coventry. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will oversee the day to day management of the Project Engineering team
  • Lead and coach the development and management of the Project Engineering team on site
  • Work closely with specialist engineers to ensure that their needs are incorporated and maintained within the Engineering tooling and infrastructure
  • Work closely with other Engineering Leads to ensure that their needs are addressed in solutions that are implementable and supportable
  • Monitor relevant technical developments, such as model authoring tools and information management

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

  • You will need to have experience of working with the Engineering lifecycle
  • Previous leadership experience will be required
  • You will need to have good Systems Engineering experience
  • Good knowledge of the application of modern Systems Engineering methods to large scale system development, including to a variety of system types

Desirable

  • Previous experience within the use and application of Model Based Systems Engineering
