About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. The location of this role is flexible.

In this role you will play an integral role in supporting this through embedding employee listening into how we do business here; delivering actionable insights that drive positive change to help us continuously improve employee experience.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, with options of working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
Employee Listening Activities:
- Deliver cyclical employee listening activities in alignment with the global listening strategy and in partnership with the global implementation team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure methodology is understood and capability is developed to progress our maturity in employee listening
- Analyse survey results to identify trends, patterns, and recommend areas of improvement
- Support the development of dashboards to drive deeper insights across different demographics and data cuts to feed into progress and improvement reviews
- Prepare reports and presentation packs and support leadership briefings
- Facilitate focus groups to solicit deeper qualitative insights into employee sentiment
Project manage Employee Life-cycle improvement initiatives:
- Lead and contribute to projects focusing on continuous improvement of our employee lifecycle activities
- Coordinate stakeholder and project meetings ensuring at every stage appropriate governance and milestones have been met
Support the development of Employee Experience as a discipline within our Organisation Development Team:
- Champion human-centred design for high impact employee experiences
- Help build methodology for sentiment analysis, employee experience metrics; reporting; storytelling and dashboard development
- Contribute to the global Employee Experience Community of Practice
- Keep informed about best practices and trends in employee engagement and survey methodologies
About YOU
- Tertiary qualification in related field and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience using employee survey tools – previous experience using Qualtrics would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated organisational aptitude and project management capability
- Proven flexibility and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in creating data models and visualisations to assist in communicating insights to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Tableau would be highly desirable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in preparing and presenting data to a range of stakeholders
