Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Practitioner (Digital Technology & Curriculum Design)
Location: Scotstoun. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £41,997-£47,596 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing centralised expertise and service support within a given Early Careers and Skills specialism in line with company objectives and business need
- Inspiring the team to deliver modern and innovative assessments and training programmers through a blended learning pedagogy
- Ensuring service delivery is aligned to business needs and deployed using agile and efficient processes
- Developing innovative solutions utilising technology within vocational delivery
- Designing curriculum for early careers work based learning programmes within Shipbuilding
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Engineering Vocational Background
- HNC/ HND level Educated
- Experience in implementing and sourcing new technologies within digital assessments and understanding of Curriculum Design
- Innovative mind set
Desirable
- Teaching/ Learning background
- Developing of Meta Skills
- Shipbuilding Engineering Experience

This is a new exciting opportunity for you to come in and really make a difference and help develop curriculum using technology in shipbuilding industry. You will be supporting our established team of coaches in designing new training for the future shipbuilding programmes.
