Job Title: Early Careers & Skills – Business Support

Location: Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 depending on skills and experience

What you will do:

  • You will report to, and work with, an Early Careers Leader and assist them in ensuring that programme performance is managed and monitored in line with KPIs, business objectives and regulatory body requirements
  • Assist the leader/supervisor in meeting regulatory and legislative requirements through processing data and ensuring systems are fully utilised across the UK
  • Provide specialist and administrative support to the Early Careers & Skills delivery team across the UK and Management e.g. document preparation, compliance monitoring, responding to queries, record keeping, booking travel, arranging calendars, monitoring & updating SharePoint sites etc.
  • Engage in additional projects e.g. recruitment process, induction process, internal and external celebration events
  • Coordination and correspondence for groups attending Early Careers & Skills delivery programmes in line with regulatory body requirements
  • Assist with activities such as learner registration, certification activity, management of learner files and completion activities ensuring regulatory compliance standards are met

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and Database systems
  • High level of communications skills, with confidence to be able to influence and provide instruction and guidance to stakeholders
  • Able to navigate vast amount of day-to-day tactical and administrative tasks
  • High work ethic with detailed focus on data accuracy required

Desirable:

  • Qualified Level 3 or NVQ Business Qualification
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • A basic Knowledge in SharePoint or CANVAS
  • Experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
