Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Early Careers
Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £33,455 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Demonstrating integral involvement in delivering graduate/undergraduate and apprentice recruitment activities
- Managing the hiring manager relationship from initial vacancy consultation until first day readiness
- Using the applicant tracking system (ATS) to screen and progress applications
- Demonstrating a high level of candidate care, managing expectations by providing an honest and transparent service
- Conducting relevant assessment centre preparation
- Developing strong understanding of processes and deliverables within the team
- Supporting the sourcing team to build and maintain an effective and live talent pool
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proven experience in early careers recruitment
- Working with service level agreements and service definitions, aligned with agreed HR policies
- Ability to ensure data integrity, with a focus on timely and accurate reporting, and using this information to drive efficient recruitment processes
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in candidate management is essential, both verbal and written
- Being able to deal with high volume recruitment
