Job title: Crew Planning Coordinator

Salary: Up to £37,000 depending on qualifications and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Forward planning/proactive management of possible disruptions to crewing activities e.g. planned maintenance activities or lengthy AOGs
- Continuous cooperation with HoFO, Operations Manager and Cabin Crew manager
- Working closely with the wider Operations Team to ensure our operation and service delivery are supported
- Ability to recommend and implement measures to control costs, increase efficiency and maintain crew legality
- Maintaining inter-departmental relationships to ensure satisfactory delivery of our company roster strategy
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations such as duty and flight time limitation, Fatigue Risk Management and audit requirements
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Have an in-depth working knowledge and experience of current and European working time directive and FTL Regulations
- Previous experience of roster planning
- Understanding of different systems used (Leon/Foreflight)

The Air Travel Flight Operations Team:
Shared Services are keen to announce this newly created progression opportunity within Corporate Air Travel Flight Operations department. The Crew Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operations of all company-operated and chartered aircraft. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining effective rostering plans for the flight operations crews.
