Job Description
Job Title: Combat Systems Integration Engineer
Location: Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: Between £45,628 – £61,500 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking various test events on the Integration facility
- Developing test script and procedures to test Combat Systems
- Manage the completion of routine maintenance on the Integration rigs
- Support in the development of alternative test procedures and practices
- Provide specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in the testing of Submarine systems
- Ensure design proving evidence is comprehensive, captured within the requirements management tools and has been endorsed by the appropriate level of authority
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of Submarine Combat applications
- Degree level qualification within an Engineering field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience of Sonar capability

The Build and Integration team:
This is a great opportunity to join the team and be part of the certification process for Combat System software to in-service Submarines.
Further development opportunities are available within integration type roles and a potential to move into Submarine-system development, product development and future combat system design activities.
We support all classes of UK Submarine and are growing the capability to support our other platform areas . We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
