Job Description
Job title: Creative Services Specialist
Location: Warton – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role
Salary: £41,361+ (Depending on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be responsible for the overall look and feel of creative material, blending text, code, data, graphics, sound, animation, and other digital techniques into cohesive designs
- You will create detailed 3D models and procedural materials, bringing projects to life with realistic textures and finishes
- You will handle 3D animation, including soft and hard body rigging, to develop fluid and dynamic movements
- You will edit videos and produce motion graphics, delivering engaging visual content across multiple platforms
- You will work with Unreal Engine, developing interactive content that pushes the boundaries of immersive experiences
- You will design and develop websites, focusing on UI/UX design to ensure smooth, user-friendly interactions
- You will produce illustrations, graphics, and traditional print material, aligning with brand guidelines and project needs
- You will participate in bid proposal activities, offering creative support and design expertise to enhance the design of graphics, documents, and presentations for use in both printed and electronic proposal submissions
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe software: Illustrator/Photoshop/In-design/After Effects/Premier Pro
- Excellent knowledge of Blender – rigging and animation / 3d modelling techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine and blueprint visual scripting
- Excellent knowledge of UI (user interface) design and UX (user experience) development
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of HTML (hyper-text mark-up language) and CSS (cascading style sheets)
- Experience print design and processes
- Experience working on bids – particularly in the design of graphics, documents, and presentations for use in both printed and electronic proposal submissions
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as graphic design, web design, typography or multimedia, and/or experience working in a creative environment
