Job Description
Job title: Business Change Management Team Lead
Location: UK Wide. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £50 000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor the progress of business change management activities across the sector and provide insightful recommendations
- Conduct business change activities including; Business Change Complexity Assessment, Healthcheck, Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment. Support analysis of results and identify required interventions
- Managing the business change BMS
- Identify, assess and manage risks arising from business change management activities
- Act as an LCM Business Change Assessor for a business change project
- Ensure business change management plans are properly integrated with project/programmes plans
- Support the sector transformation reviews and reporting
Your skills and experiences:
- A good understanding of change management tools and techniques
- Awareness of business improvement philosophies & toolsets
- Negotiates with and influences stakeholders to achieve project success
Desirable:
- Experience writing policy processes and procedures
- Lean six sigma trained, CMI accredited, APMG Practitioner
- Awareness of LCM, Assurance and governance frameworks

The Change Management team:
As a Business Management Change lead, you will be helping to create and maintain transformation processes and liaise with other change leads across the sector. You will ensure the Change management activities across the sector are supported, defined, unified & coordinated to achieve the required outcomes.
