The mission for this role:

The Product Marketing Manager role will be part of the Attest Marketing team with significant cross functional responsibilities and relationships, predominantly with our Product team. Fundamentally you will help us define, refine and understand the Attest value proposition, inform and help to deliver our GTM strategy for new product releases.

Your focus will be to…

  • Help us craft our buyer/prospect journeys to match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) needs through various forms of content (eg video, web copy & messaging, demos).
  • Build the marketing flywheel in partnership with the Marketing team and cross functional teams, creating product content and campaigns that reduce friction across multiple stages of the buyer and customer journey (eg Academy content, Help Centre, Onboarding and customer lifecycle nurtures)
  • Create messaging and materials for communicating to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders with omni channel product launch/product moment campaigns inline with our GTM product marketing strategy.
  • Understand our core metrics of success and increase ROI, from winning net new logos to increasing product adoption and advocacy.
  • Be an advocate of the voice of customers within the wider Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success campaigns, where relevant. Be a driver of prioritisation, maximising value and impact across our shared projects.
  • Consistently maintain and input on our ICP (eg needs, persona, pain points) based on a combination of market research, competitor analysis, first party data and qualitative data.
  • Keep us constantly aware of where the product sits in the marketplace against competitors (to customers and internal), adapting our messaging and collateral as needed.
  • Be the owner of our sales collateral and assets including demos, battlecards, external facing product roadmaps. Create net new assets where you identify gaps or needs within our Sales process.
  • Be the conduit between Product, Marketing and Commercial to help educate, communicate and effectively bridge the knowledge and needs gap between the departments, this includes enabling our Sales and Customer Success teams with product and content knowledge.
  • Be a key stakeholder and influencer, collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments, including our C-suite. You will also lead one off internal projects such as pricing pilots.

We’d love to hear from you if..

  • You have a proven track record of delivering successful product marketing campaigns, ideally you will have worked as a Product Marketing Manager previously
  • Are a proactive problem solving individual, working in collaboration with key stakeholders across Attest
  • You have a well-developed communication style that is thoughtful; able to adapt your style to different audiences - both external and internal.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, scrappy start-up environment
  • Experience working with a SaaS / Subscription based product

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The world’s best companies mirror the world around them. We are building an Attest that brings together, and actively celebrates, diversity in race, age, physical and mental ability, sexuality, gender identity and perspectives. Every Attester should feel they belong as their complete selves. We make an active choice to acknowledge and remove systematic inequality from our people and talent processes. We don't claim to have this all figured out yet, but it’s a journey we are fully accountable to.

With this in mind, data shows that individuals from minority groups typically only apply if they meet every criteria listed. Based upon this insight, we wanted to take this opportunity to encourage individuals who meet some, but not all criteria to still apply as you may be the right person for the role!

We want you to bring the best of you to the hiring process. Please contact us at talent@askattest.com if you’d like to discuss any adjustments to our process which might help you demonstrate your strengths and capabilities.
