Job Description

APM Terminals

• კომპანიის შრომის შინაგანაწესის, ქცევის კოდექსის და სხვა შიდა პროცედურების განუხრელად დაცვა და კომპანიის ღირებულებებისა და გუნდურობის პრინციპის შესაბამისად მუშაობა.

• კომპანიის შრომის უსაფრთხოების, ზოგადი უსაფრთხოების, სანიტარული და საწარმოო უსაფრთხოების ნორმების დაცვა და ყურადღება უსაფრთოხების საკითხების მიმართ.

• გუნდურად მუშაობა, ორგანიზაციის სხვადასხვა ფუნქციებთან თანამშრომლობა საჭიროების შესაბამისად და ზოგად წარმატებასა და სამუშაო პროცესების / უსაფრთოხების გაუმჯობესებაში წვლილის შეტანა.

• სხვადასხვა სახის საოპერაციო ტექნიკის მართვა კონტეინერების გემსა და სასაწყობე ტერიტორიას შორის გადაადგილების მიზნით გაცემული ნებართვის შესაბამისად.

• საოპერაციო ტექნიკის შემოწმების ჩატარება მუშაობის დაწყებამდე და შესაბამისი შემოწმების ფურცლის შევსება.

• ნებისმიერი დაზიანების დაუყოვნებლივ ზემდგომისთვის შეტყობინება.

• არაგაბარიტული კონტეინერების ან მძიმე ტვირთვისათვის საოპერაციო ტექნიკაზე დასამაგრებელი სპეციალური აღჭურვილობის გამოყენება.

• ოპერაციების დროს წარმოქმნილი ნებისმიერი საფრთხის შესახებ დაუყოვნებლივ ინფორმაციის მიწოდება და საჭიროების შემთხვევაში, მუშაობის შეწყვეტა საფრთხის აღმოფხვრამდე.

• ოპერაციების დროს საოპერაციო ტექნიკის მიერ გამოწვეული ნებისმიერი დაზიანების შესახებ დაუყოვნებლივ შეტყობინება.

• ტექნიკის გაუმართაობის დროს საჭიროების შემთხვევაში, ტექნიკურ მომსახურებაში დახმარების გაწევა.

• ოპერაციების უწყვეტი ციკლის შენარჩუნება ოპერატორის ცვლის დამთავრებისა და შესვენების პერიოდში.

• სამუშაო ადგილის სუფთა და მოვლილ მდგომარებაში შენარჩუნება.

• საოპერაციო სპეცტექნიკის გამოყენებით ტრაილერების და სხვა სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების ძარის დატვირთვა და დაცლა, კონტეინერების სასაწყობე ტერიტორიაზე დაწყობა ან გადაადგილება.

• VMT მონაცემთა ეკრანზე ნაჩვენები ან ოპერაციების ბრიგადირების მიერ განსაზღვრული სამუშაოების თანმიმდევრობის დაცვა კონტეინერების გადმოტვირთვა/დატვირთვა დაგეგმილ ადგილზე მათი გადატანის პროცესში და მოძრაობების დადასტურება.

• ცვლის მენეჯერის ან სუპერვისზერის მიერ მიცემული სხვა სატვირთო ოპერაციების წარმოება.

• სტანდარტული ოპერაციების პროცედურებთან შესაბამისად ავტომტვირთველით კონტეინერიდან ავტომობილების და პალეტიზირებული ტვირთების დაცლა/დატვირთვა.

• ტექნიკის დაზიანების შემთხვევაში ან/და მისი პერიოდული შემოწმების მიზნით ტექნიკურ დეპარტამენტში გადაყვანა.

• საოპერაციო აუცილებლობიდან გამომდინარე ტექნიკის საწვავით შევსება.

• ბორანზე დატვირთული კონტეინერების სპეციალური სატაცი საშუალებებით დაცლა და გეგმის მიხედვით მათი პორტის ტერიტორიაზე განთავსება.

• საკონტეინერო ეზოში და პორტის ტერიტორიაზე კონტეინერების გადაადგილება.

• კონტეინერების გახსნის ადგილიდან ავტომანქანების სადგომზე გადაყვანა.

• ავტომანქანების მომხმარებელთან მიყვანა.

• საოპერაციო სპეცტექნიკისათვის საჭირო საწვავის რაოდენობის უზრუნველყოფა და საწვავის მარაგის შევსების გრაფიკის დაცვა.

• ხელმძღვანელობისა თუ უშუალო ხელმძღვანელისგან დროდადრო მიღებული სხვა დავალებების შესრულება, რომელიც უკავშირდება კომპანიის საქმიანობას თუ მის განვითარებას.

• To follow internal regulations, Code of Conduct or any other normative documents / guidelines of the company and work in full conformance with corporate values and teamwork principle.

• To follow company labor safety, general safety, sanitary and industrial safety rules and be proactive on safety.

• To act as a part of team, collaborate with different organizational functions as needed and contribute to overall success and process/safety improvements.

• Managing various types of operational equipment in accordance with the permit issued for the purpose of moving containers between the ship and the warehouse area.

• Inspecting operating equipments before work and filling the appropriate inspection sheet.

• Report any damage to supervisor immediately.

• Using special equipment for attaching oversized containers or heavy loads to operational equipment.

• Informing immediately about any danger arising during operations and, if necessary, stop working until the danger is eliminated.

• Notifying immediately of any damage caused by operating equipment during operations.

• In case of equipment failure, providing assistance in asset maintenance.

• Maintaining a continuous cycle of operations during the operator's end of shift and break period.

• Keeping workplace clean and tidy.

• Loading and unloading trailers and other vehicles, stacking or moving containers in the warehouse area using special operating equipment.

• Following the sequence of work displayed on the VMT data screen or determined by the operations brigade, unloading/loading containers in the process of their transfer to the planned place and confirming the movements.

• Carrying out other cargo operations as assigned by the shift manager or supervisor.

• Unloading/loading of vehicles and palletized cargo from the container with a forklift in accordance with SOP.

• During technical cases and/or periodic inspection transfer equipment to technical department.

• Based on operational necessity refueling equipment.

• Unloading containers from the ferry with special handling means and placing them in the port area according to the plan.

• Relocating containers in the container yard and port area.

• Transporting containers from the place of stripping to the parking lot.

• Delivering cars to customers.

• Ensuring the amount of fuel needed for operational special equipment and keeping the schedule for fuel stock replenishment.

• To execute other tasks assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor related to the development or execution of the business of the company
