Ready to join one of our Airbus Programs in Spain?
AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.

What do we offer? : Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).

Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.

About practical training:

  • 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026
  • Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)
  • Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring


Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

It will be aimed at reinforcing our System and it will have its focus on the generation and upadate of the performance tracker of S19 assembly process for future manufacturing rates.

Tasks/Activities:

• Collaborative design for manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus)

• Introduce best practices/standardization of design for manufacturing.

• Design the build process for ME.

• Calculate time at the operational level.

• Manage the technical sequence.

• Plan exchanges of comments and feedback with the production team.

• Create/update routings/BoM/SOI taking into account plant requirements, time calculation and golden rules for work preparation, in accordance with applicable ABP processes.

• Perform standard work (the best way to perform tasks described in the SOI-the How).

• Implement “Standard Time Value” in routing.

• Ensure the execution of operations in a robust, reliable and safe manner.

• Technical engineering information.

• Participate in the quality control panel by providing measurement tasks. Organise and ensure capacity processes.

• Maintenance interface tasks.

• Consider Health and Safety regulations.

• Manage key/recurring work preparation issues escalated by the production/technical support team.

• Communicate directly and participate physically in the routines of the production team and participate in work projects with teams with different skills (national/international).

• Support the continuous improvement of the plant.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Studying Degree in an Engineering field
  • English: min. level B2 (C1 desirable)
  • Spanish: min. level B1
  • Skills valued: digital and programming
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in international environment
