Ready to join one of our Airbus Programs in Spain?
AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.

What do we offer? : Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).

Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.

About practical training:

  • 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026
  • Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)
  • Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring


Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

  • Our current products, such as Airbus A320 and Airbus A350 have a high demand in the market. Thus, our industrial system is being developed and improved to meet that demand. We need to produce more, in a more efficient and sustainable way and in the best ergonomic conditions. For that, we are taking the latest assembly technologies available in the market and also in our Research & Technology portfolio, and accelerating them to be implemented in the short term in our industrial systems.
  • In this project, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the newest technologies for the assembly of big aeronautic components, in high production rate industrial lines and also to prepare the future aircraft industrial system with these technologies.
  • You will contribute to calculate the improvement of these technologies in the industrial system in terms of time, cost and quality through developing manufacturing processes, balancing industrial lines, supporting physical tests and trials and analyzing the results of these to develop a dossier with the main conclusions regarding the impact of technologies in our products.
  • This way, you will get a great background in the development of an industrial system from the starting point and at the same time a very specific knowledge of the state of the art technologies in the assembly field of advanced materials.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Studying Degree in Engineering (ideally, but not only: industrial, mechanics, aeronautic / aerospace)
  • English: min. level B2 (C1 desirable)
  • Spanish: min. level B1
  • General knowledge in Google workspace or similar (gmail, sheets, documents, etc.) ; Catia or 3D software
  • Skills valued: programming skills (HTML, Python) and data analysis with digital tools
  • Proactivity
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in international environment
