AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.

What do we offer?

Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).

Mission:

You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.

About practical training:

• 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026

• Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)

• Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring

Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

• Study the current industrial process at the San Pablo plant, looking for new business opportunities taking into account current manufacturing platforms.
• Leading the project between different departments involved as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Industrial Service.
• Propose new technical solutions that allow cost optimization and space reduction.
• Develop a dossier with requirements, including cost estimation and time estimation.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity:

• Degree in aerospace or industrial engineering
• Industrial design knowledge
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince in a Production Assembly Line environment.
• Negotiation level of English.
• Spanish: Fluent.
• Tools: Microsoft office, Catia V5 , SAP SP1 is a plus
