Responsible for project execution, ensuring timely Work Order issuance, supply chain readiness, production initiation, and parts delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining adherence to retrofit milestones, resolving immediate production issues locally, and escalating complex matters to central teams when necessary. This role also includes responsibility for ensuring proper reporting and approval processes are followed.

Work Preparation:

- Maintenance Monitoring: Collaborate with the AHM Work Prep team for daily and weekly tracking of maintenance tasks. Update production schedules and progress, and monitor tooling requirements.

- Technical Reporting: Write inspection reports, including over and above (O&A) work and any technical issues encountered.

- Assess incoming orders, determine necessary technical expertise, specialized materials, and tools, and identify potential risks with appropriate mitigation measures.

- Follow the work progress / manage daily meetings with the project teams.

- Manages technical solutions for unplanned work scope, including troubleshooting, repair, obsolescence management and other deviation from production plan.

- Proficient in AH technical tools such as Veryon, Envision, AirbusWorld, ORION, TIPI, WebTEK, SCDM, ChildNeo, SAP, NormMaster, Bflow etc.

- Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.

Planning and Flows:

- Planning and Flow Management: Ensure the planning and tracking of spare parts and equipment, in alignment with the needs identified by the Mechanical and Avionics managers.

- Platform Interface: Act as the liaison with various Airbus entities to monitor orders, manage delivery lead times, and handle necessary follow-ups.

- Receiving Control: Perform incoming inspection of spare parts upon arrival.

Qualification & Professional skills:

- BSc or BEng in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Electronic, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent Engineering programme. Or; Part 66 certified mechanic by either CAAM, EASA, CAA UK and FAA

- 3 years in aircraft maintenance of equivalent function

- Able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.

- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure.

- Good interpersonal skills, leadership, autonomy, team oriented, and has a logical approach to problem solving and decision making.

- Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting.
