AIRBUS

Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) Duty Manager

  • Fleet Technical Oversight: Direct real-time technical troubleshooting and recovery strategies for the Airbus fleet to minimize AOG (Aircraft on Ground) downtime and maximize dispatch reliability.


  • Operational Decision-Making: Act as the final authority on shift for maintenance priorities, balancing technical requirements with commercial operational demands in a high-pressure environment.


  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate seamless communication between Flight Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure rapid resolution of complex technical defects.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance actions and technical records strictly adhere to EASA/FAA airworthiness standards and company safety protocols.


  • Key Qualifications: Requires a Degree in Aerospace Engineering or an EASA Part 66 License, plus 5+ years of experience in an MOC or Line Maintenance leadership role


Cabin Retrofit Solution Engineer

  • Design & Integration: Develop end-to-end engineering solutions for cabin interior upgrades, ensuring seamless integration of monuments, seating, and IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) systems.


  • Technical Documentation: Author high-quality Service Bulletins (SB) and Engineering Orders (EO) to define clear modification instructions for global airline customers.


  • Certification Management: Ensure all cabin configurations comply with EASA/FAA certification requirements, including flammability, structural integrity, and cabin safety standards.


  • Stakeholder Synergy: Lead technical work packages by collaborating with suppliers, production lines, and airline customers to deliver bespoke retrofit projects on schedule.


  • Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in Cabin Interiors or LOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodation) design.


Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD) Technician

  • FSTD Maintenance & Availability: Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on Full Flight Simulators (FFS) to ensure maximum uptime for pilot training and flight crew qualification.


  • Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex faults across motion systems, visual displays, avionics suites, and host computer networks.


  • QTG & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct Qualification Test Guide (QTG) testing to ensure the device meets EASA/FAA/NAA certification standards for high-fidelity flight simulation.


  • Hardware-Software Integration: Manage the installation and updates of aircraft software loads, navigation databases, and tactile cockpit hardware.


  • Key Qualifications: Technical Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Avionics with 2+ years of experience in flight simulation maintenance (CAE, Thales, or L3Harris platforms).
