1. Overview:
We are looking for a VIE, based in Singapore, integrated into our regional Customer Services team.
He/she will actively support the implementation of the S Regionalisation & Footprint strategy worldwide.
The VIE will work in close collaboration with the Regional Operations Core Team, led by Muriel Saldana,
directly contributing to achieving our 2030 ambition by guaranteeing adherence to and effective
implementation of regionalisation principles across all our entities and regions.

2. Main Tasks
The VIE will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Creation and Monitoring of Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain clear and relevant performance dashboards to monitor adherence to the regionalisation roadmap and defined principles. This will include data collection, analysis, and visual presentation of progress.
  • Improvement of Country ID Cards: Contribute to the improvement and digitalisation of "Country ID Cards," ensuring they are complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
  • G-Site Management and Enrichment: Regularly enrich, update, and organize the G-site (our internal knowledge-sharing platform) to ensure that all relevant material (principles, tools, reports, best practices) related to regionalisation is centralized, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Communication Support: Participate in the development and dissemination of various communication tools (internal memos, presentations, newsletters, etc.)
  • To inform and engage teams on the progress of the regionalisation strategy and the importance of the principles.


3. Skills Required
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor's/Master's equivalent) in Project Management,
  • International Business, Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or a relevant field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with content management/intranet platforms (e.g., Google Sites).
  • Good knowledge of office productivity tools (Google Workspace, particularly Slides).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulousness, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex
  • information.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change.

• Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, given the international context.
  • French (written and spoken) is a significant asset.

• Experience: A first experience (internships, work-study programs) in project management,
operational support, data analysis, or communication in an international context would be a plus.
