The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international
program sponsored by the
French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals
the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience
abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
• French citizens graduates up to and including 28 years old
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.
A VIE-HR Transversal projects M/F has arisen within Airbus India in Bangalore. You will join the HR department, more specifically the HR Centre of Expertise in charge of employee development.
This VIE position immerses you in a dynamic and expanding multicultural environment. It is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in transversal HR project management, while actively contributing to the harmonization of practices and strategic alignment with the global
HR teams.
Your challenges:
Your main tasks will include:
• Ensure the follow-up and coordination of the department's cross-functional projects in
conjunction with the HR teams in Europe, other regions, and India.
• Contribute to the analysis of local needs and propose solutions aligned with Airbus global strategy.
• Prepare communication materials and facilitate working meetings on project progress for
internal stakeholders.
Professional travel may occasionally be required, and you must therefore be
willing to travel accordingly.

Your boarding pass:
You have the following experiences and skills:
• Hold a Bac+5 degree (or equivalent) in Business management, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Management or HR (including
apprenticeships and internships)
• Proficiency in the Google suite
Furthermore, you are able to demonstrate the following skills:
• Excellent communication
• Strong analytical skills
• Adaptability
• Rigor and structure
• Advanced English level

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le
Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à des jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou comercial.

Un poste sous contrat VIE-RH Projets transverses est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus India & South Asia à Bangalore.. Vous rejoindrez le département RH, plus précisément le Centre d’expertise RH en charge du développement des employés.
Ce poste de VIE, vous plonge dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel en pleine expansion. C'est une opportunité unique de développer vos compétences en gestion de projets RH transversaux, tout en contribuant
activement à l'harmonisation des pratiques et à l'alignement stratégique avec les équipes globales d’Airbus.
Vos challenges:
Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : (Bullet Points à utiliser)
• Assurer le suivi et la coordination des projets transversaux du département en lien avec
les équipes RH en Europe, des autres régions et en Inde.
• Contribuer à l'analyse des besoins locaux et proposer des solutions alignées avec la stratégie globale d'Airbus.
• Préparer les supports de communication et animer des réunions de travail sur
l'avancement des projets auprès des parties prenantes internes.
Des déplacements professionnels peuvent ponctuellement être requis et, de ce fait, vous devez être
disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.
Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
• Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de Business management,
Ressources Humaines ou une discipline apparentée.
• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en Management de projet ou RH (apprentissages et stages compris)
• Maîtrise de la suite google
En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
• Excellente communication
• Fortes compétences analytiques

• Capacité d’adaptation
• Rigueur et structure
• Anglais niveau avancé
