Overview:

Join Airbus Consulting and be part of a dynamic, creative team helping airlines and aviation partners improve their operations. You’ll be based in the Middle East or Africa, working closely with both local teams and the main consulting team in Toulouse, France.

Your Role:

• Act as the main contact for Airbus Consulting in your region.
  
• Identify new consulting opportunities and help sell Airbus Consulting services.
  
• Support or lead consulting projects related to airline operations, maintenance, strategy, finance, and more.
  
• Collaborate with Airbus customer service and commercial teams to offer innovative solutions.
  
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction for all projects.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients like airlines, airports, aviation authorities, and MROs.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Airbus Consulting services in the Middle East & Africa.
  
• Coordinate consulting missions and report progress to the team in Toulouse.
  
• Help develop business strategies and support project delivery.
  
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create customized consulting offers.
  
• Work hands-on during consulting missions-analyze problems, provide expert input, and help implement solutions.
  
• Respect compliance and financial objectives in all regions.
  

What You Need:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
  

Experience:

• Background in commercial aviation, flight operations, or air traffic management.
  
• Project management experience is a plus.
  

Skills:

• Strong English communication; French is a plus.
  
• Curious, self-driven, and adaptable.
  
• Customer-focused and business-minded.
  
• Willing to travel and work independently.
  
• Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
  

Other:

• You’ll be the only Airbus Consulting representative in your region, so independence and reliability are key.

Rejoignez Airbus Consulting et participez à des missions variées pour accompagner les compagnies aériennes et acteurs du secteur aérien dans l’amélioration de leurs opérations. Basé(e) en Asie-Pacifique, vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec les équipes locales et le siège à Toulouse.

Vos missions principales :

• Coordination régionale : être le point de contact principal pour les activités de conseil dans votre région.
  
• Missions de conseil : réaliser ou accompagner des projets liés à la stratégie, l’efficacité opérationnelle, la maintenance, etc.
  
• Développement commercial : détecter de nouvelles opportunités, promouvoir les services Airbus Consulting et élaborer des offres sur mesure.
  
• Relation client : entretenir des relations de qualité avec les clients (compagnies aériennes, MROs, aéroports, autorités locales...).
  
• Travail en équipe : collaborer avec les équipes de Toulouse et impliquer les responsables Airbus Consulting selon les besoins.
  

Activités concrètes :

• Participer à toutes les étapes d’un projet : de l’identification du besoin à la proposition et à la réalisation de la mission.
  
• Jouer différents rôles selon les projets : analyste, expert métier, ou coordinateur de projet.
  
• Travailler sur des sujets variés : chaîne logistique, organisation de maintenance, finance, opérations de vol, etc.
  
• Assurer le respect des règles d’éthique, de conformité et des objectifs financiers.
  

Profil recherché :

Formation :

• Bac+5 (Master) en aéronautique, ingénierie, gestion ou domaine équivalent.
  

Expérience :

• Connaissance du secteur aérien (compagnies, opérations de vol, ATM, MRO...).
  
• Expérience en gestion de projet appréciée.
  

Compétences clés :

• Bon niveau en anglais (français = un plus).
  
• Bon sens relationnel, esprit d’équipe, autonomie.
  
• Esprit entrepreneurial et orienté client.
  
• Capacité à comprendre des sujets techniques et à proposer des solutions concrètes.
  
• Prêt(e) à voyager régulièrement dans la région.
