In order to support technical support Germany, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

VIE Connected Services Expert (d/f/m)

  • Location: Donauwörth (Germany)
  • Start: Starting as soon as possible
  • Duration: 24 months

Definition of VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support H135/145 Connected Services customers during operation
  • Support of our customers during trouble shooting
  • Ensure delivery of the Connected Services
  • Present and train customers on Connected Services during aircraft delivery and during customer operation
  • Support the world wide customer centers on the delivery of the Connected Services
  • Internal and external training missions
  • Promotion of AH Connected Services offers internal and external
  • Contract management for AH Connected Services
  • Customer workshops focused on AH Connected Services
  • Development of new Connected Services on H135/145

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Completed degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent
  • Strong customer oriented mindset
  • Proactive, goal oriented, and independent work
  • High degree of customer focus
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
