Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old ( a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday )
  
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
  
• Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28 For more information: https://mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr/ (in English, German, Italian and Spanish) The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.
  

A VIE for an Airbus Training Korea Training Operations and Project Specialist has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Seoul (Incheon).

Airbus Training Services is a worldwide network of Training Centres and Flight Schools, dedicated to providing comprehensive, competency-based training for Commercial Aircraft operators, to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operations

We are looking for a highly motivated person to drive the efficiency and smooth delivery of our training operations at the Airbus Training Centre in Korea, coordinating stakeholders and leading key process optimization initiatives.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinate the Training Operations in our Training Centre in Korea ensuring smooth delivery of the training demand from our local customer.
  
• Support the development of standardized training programs, document control and production of technical training materials with the support of the Airbus Korea Fleet Standards Managers
  
• Ensure efficient communication between all different stakeholders involved in the Training Operations in Korea (final customer, instructors, planning team, .)
  
• Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools
  
• Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (and suppliers) to facilitate and coordinate the readiness of new initiatives
  
• Contribute to establish and monitor department KPIs (e.g compliance, efficiency)
  
• Identify and implement new IT solutions to support the daily operations of Airbus Korea
  
• Report progress on internal training projects (Risks and Opportunities, Sustainability initiatives...)
  

This role will involve occasional travel for business in Country and within the Airbus Training network and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• An advanced degree in aeronautics, industrial engineering or other relevant field;
  

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Strong project management skills, you are able to establish priorities and align team members on priorities;
  
• Rigorous, Critical Thinking, and synthesis capacity
  
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when required
  
• Curious and proactive person with a great sense of initiative and integrity
  
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  
• Self-awareness, adaptability and networking skills to be comfortable in your interactions with management and subject matter experts
  
• Ability to develop trust and open relationships with internal stakeholders and external Partners
  
• Fluent in English with excellent communication (written and verbal), Ability to speak Korean would be an advantage.
  
• Comfortable with Google suite and other collaborative technologies
  
• Ability to develop Google APPSHEET code applications or learn how too, to support internal ATO projects.

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise (V.I.E) est un programme international unique parrainé par les ministères français de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, de l'Économie et des Finances, ainsi que de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires, ouvert à Airbus pour offrir aux jeunes professionnels l'opportunité de vivre une expérience professionnelle rémunérée de valeur à l'étranger dans une fonction technique ou commerciale.

Le V.I.E est un contrat spécifique, soumis aux critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principales conditions du V.I.E :

• Citoyens de l'Union européenne (ainsi que de la Norvège, de l'Islande, du Liechtenstein et de Monaco), diplômés jusqu'à 28 ans inclus (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire)

Airbus Training Services est un réseau mondial de centres de formation et d'écoles de pilotage, dédié à la fourniture d'une formation complète et basée sur les compétences pour les exploitants d'avions commerciaux, afin de garantir des opérations sûres, efficaces et durables.

Nous recherchons une personne hautement motivée pour stimuler l'efficacité et le bon déroulement de nos opérations de formation au centre de formation Airbus en Corée, en coordonnant les parties prenantes et en menant des initiatives clés d'optimisation des processus.

Missions et responsabilités

Vos missions principales incluront :

• Coordonner les opérations de formation dans notre centre de formation en Corée en assurant la fluidité de la demande de formation de notre client local.
• Soutenir le développement de programmes de formation standardisés, le contrôle des documents et la production de supports de formation technique avec l'appui des responsables des standards de flotte d'Airbus Korea.
• Assurer une communication efficace entre toutes les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans les opérations de formation en Corée (client final, instructeurs, équipe de planification, etc.).
• Proposer l'optimisation des processus ainsi que des procédures et outils associés.
• Assurer la liaison avec tous les départements Airbus concernés (et les fournisseurs) pour faciliter et coordonner la mise en place de nouvelles initiatives.
• Contribuer à établir et à suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du département (ex : conformité, efficacité).
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles solutions informatiques pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes d'Airbus Korea.
• Rendre compte de l'avancement des projets de formation internes (risques et opportunités, initiatives de développement durable...).

Ce rôle impliquera des déplacements professionnels occasionnels dans le pays et au sein du réseau Airbus Training ; à ce titre, vous devez être en mesure de voyager en conséquence.

Profil et compétences

• Vous possédez les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :
• Un diplôme d'études supérieures en aéronautique, en génie industriel ou dans un autre domaine pertinent ;
• De plus, vous êtes capable de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
• Solides compétences en gestion de projet, vous êtes capable de définir des priorités et d'aligner les membres de l'équipe sur celles-ci ;
• Rigueur, esprit critique et capacité de synthèse ;
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives si nécessaire ;
• Personne curieuse et proactive avec un grand sens de l'initiative et de l'intégrité ;
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
