As part of the working parties under part 145, the MRO technician trainee is in charge of mechanical, electrical, composite and structural activities :
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Carry-out first level of quality inspection.
- Executing modification / repair / replacement Equipment.
- Operating equipments removal & installation, including associated operational test.
- Perform troubleshooting.
Depending on competencies, he/she can perform the following activities :
- Support technical assistance.
- Mentoring.
- Perform structural repair as per approved instruction.
- Perform metallic machining such as cutting, forming, pressing.
- Carry-out metallic fitting and rework.
- Carry-out modification on electrical harnesses as per approved instruction.
- Perform composite repair as per approved instruction.
- Perform titanium repair as per approved instruction.
Remove component according to Airworthiness Documents
Scheduling and overseeing routine cutting & greening work order cards.
Implementing and adhering to strict safety guidelines.
Complete the greening and cutting of the aircraft according to internal procedures, execute task regarding greening and cutting outside scope of CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017
Strip the inside of the aircraft (cockpit, cabin and cargo holds) down to its green shell
Sort the waste materials (cables, foam, cabin items...) obtained at source in order to recover as many of them as possible
Cut the airframe into little parts for treatment and transportation for recycling purposes
Other tasks assigned by manager
Performs other related duties as assigned.
