Job Description

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
  • Assist in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
  • Assosit in the preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
  • Assist in monitoring all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
  • Encoding of all parts ordered under order monitoring in the database
  • Adherence to company’s rules and regulations and safety policy

  • Knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage


Professional skills:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or any aviation related-courses
