Responsibilities:

  • Assist the customer in ensuring reliable and cost-effective operations.
  • Advise the customer's technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work, procedures for maintenance programs and ground support equipment, and implementation of modifications.
  • Conduct field missions according to customer needs.
  • On-site replacement of defective components.
  • Manage maintenance and/or repairs.
  • Implement upgrades.
  • Provide advice to the local operator to enable daily improvements and increased performance.
  • Support for equipment supplied to the customer, maintenance plans.


Requirements:

  • Complete technical education in MMA or Engineering degree.
  • Solid experience with Airbus Helicopters products (H125, H130, H135, H145, H160, H175).
  • Experience/training with the H160 will be a plus.
  • CHT in CEL and active GMP.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading).
  • Advanced English is essential (will be assessed in the interview).
  • Good communication skills, ease in dealing with customers, proactivity, ability to analyze and solve problems/conflicts, and convey knowledge.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ajudar o cliente a garantir operações confiáveis e econômicas.
  • Aconselhar a equipe técnica do cliente sobre solução de problemas, manutenção e reparos, procedimentos para programas de manutenção e equipamentos de apoio em terra, e implementação de modificações.
  • Realizar missões de campo de acordo com as necessidades do cliente.
  • Substituição no local de componentes defeituosos.
  • Gerenciar a manutenção e/ou reparos.
  • Implementar atualizações.
  • Prestar consultoria ao operador local para permitir melhorias diárias e aumento do desempenho.
  • Suporte para equipamentos fornecidos ao cliente, planos de manutenção.


Requisitos:

  • Ensino técnico completo em MMA ou Graduação em Engenharia.
  • Sólida experiência nos produtos Airbus Helicopters (H125, H130, H135, H145, H160, H175).
  • Será um diferencial ter experiência / treinamento do H160.
  • CHT em CEL e GMP ativa.
  • Proficiência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
  • É imprescindível inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
  • Boa comunicação, facilidade no relacionamento com os clientes, proatividade, capacidade de analisar e solucionar problemas/conflitos, transmitir conhecimento.
