Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

• Gewährleistung eines kontinuierlichen Zugriffs auf Lizenzen und deren Verfügbarkeit für die Entwicklungsteams.
  
• Verwaltung und Wartung der gesamten Lizenzinfrastruktur, einschließlich Plattformen und Softwarebereitstellungssystemen.
  
• Behandlung und Behebung technischer Probleme sowie von Problemen aufgrund veralteter Software innerhalb der Lizenzinfrastruktur.
  
• Verwaltung lizenzbezogener Konfigurationseinstellungen auf den PCs der Endbenutzer.
  
• Koordination externer Subunternehmer bei der Registrierung von Lizenzdateien und proaktive Überwachung der Lizenzgültigkeit, um Ablaufdaten zu vermeiden.
  
• Kontinuierliche Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Lizenzüberwachungslösung sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Überwachungsberichten.
  
• Erweiterung des Umfangs und Verbesserung der Funktionalität des Lizenzüberwachungssystems.
  
• Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung von L2-Supportaktivitäten für alle lizenzbezogenen Probleme.
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem konzernweiten Team von Lizenzmanagern und aktiver Beitrag zu konzernweiten Initiativen im Lizenzmanagement.
  
• Sicherstellung der strikten Einhaltung aller Softwarelizenzverträge.
  

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Bachelorabschluss mit Berufserfahrung und/oder Masterabschluss im Fachgebiet Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  
• Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit aus, kommunizieren offen und transparent und gehen Probleme proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an.
  
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse der wichtigsten IT-Prinzipien, einschließlich Infrastruktur- und Architekturkonzepten.
  
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Linux- und Windows-Betriebssystemen.
  
• Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise in der Skripterstellung über die Befehlszeile und in Python.
  
• Flüssige Englischkenntnisse (auf Verhandlungsniveau) sind erforderlich; Französisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  
• Erfahrung im Bereich Softwarelizenzmanagement und -überwachung ist von Vorteil
  
• Vertrautheit mit Business-Intelligence-Tools (BI) ist von Vorteil

At our Donauwörth side, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Guarantee continuous license access and availability for engineering teams.
  
• Manage and maintain the entire license infrastructure, including platforms and software delivery systems.
  
• Address and resolve technical and software obsolescence issues within the license infrastructure.
  
• Handle license-related configuration settings on end-user PCs.
  
• Coordinate external subcontractors for license file enrollment and proactively monitor license validity to prevent expirations.
  
• Continuously maintain and enhance the license monitoring solution, ensuring availability of monitoring reports.
  
• Expand the scope and improve the functionality of the license monitoring system.
  
• Oversee and manage L2 support activities for all license-related issues.
  
• Collaborate with the group-wide team of license managers and actively contribute to corporate license management initiatives.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with all software license contracts.
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor degree with relevant work experience and/or master degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study
  
• Possess a strong collaborative spirit, communicate openly and transparently, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems.
  
• Foundational knowledge of core IT principles, including infrastructure and architectural concepts.
  
• Practical experience managing both Linux and Windows operating systems.
  
• Basic programming skills, preferably in command line scripting and Python.
  
• Fluent (negotiation level) English skills are required; knowledge of French or German is a plus
  
• Experience in software license management and monitoring is advantageous
  
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
