Airbus is seeking a Technical Lead Full-stack Developer to join the Digital Infrastructure & Platforms department. In this role, you will be a key driver of the IAM Self-Service Platform , transitioning our identity services into a high-performance digital product.

You will lead a high-caliber engineering squad, working in a collaborative "Product Core" alongside the Product Manager (PM) , Product Owner (PO) , and Product Architect . Together, you will build the automated, secure, and user-friendly "front door" for Airbus’s global workforce.

Collaboration & Scope

This is not a siloed coding role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution:

  • With the PM/PO: You translate the product vision and "Value" into technical feasibility and a realistic sprint backlog.
  • With the Product Architect: You bridge the gap between high-level conceptual blueprints and the actual codebase, ensuring the implementation follows the defined architectural standards.

Qualification & Experience

  • Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT with 10-14 years of software development experience, including proven leadership of agile engineering teams.
  • Backend: Expert in Microsoft .NET (Core/6+) and C# for building scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Frontend: Strong proficiency in Angular for creating responsive, enterprise-grade SPAs.
  • Automation & Identity: Deep hands-on knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and PowerShell for complex identity lifecycle automation.
  • Infrastructure/DevOps: Expert in SQL Server and the DevOps toolchain (Git, CI/CD, Artifactory, Jira).
  • Leadership: Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) and leading L3 support/troubleshooting for critical platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Engineering Excellence: Own the "How" of the development process-ensuring the team writes clean, maintainable, and secure code.
  • Technical Orchestration: Work in tandem with the Product Architect to implement the Zero Trust roadmap and ensure the .NET/Angular stack is future-proof.
  • Sprint Execution: Partner with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, estimate effort, and ensure "Definition of Done" is met for every feature.
  • Automation Leadership: Oversee the development of PowerShell scripts that automate high-volume AD tasks, reducing manual overhead.
  • Mentorship: Foster a product-oriented culture within the developer team, moving away from "ticket-fixing" to "feature-owning.
