As a Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, availability, and maximum efficiency of the flight simulators through the precise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, timely technical troubleshooting, and strict compliance with manufacturer specifications, in order to guarantee a safe, functional training environment aligned with organizational standards of excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Maintenance and Quality: Execute assigned maintenance tasks via Work Order or supervisor instructions, ensuring strict adherence to manuals, standards, and procedures established by the simulator manufacturers.
• Daily Monitoring and Operational Log: Prepare the daily work report (Daily Check), correct any anomalies detected during the shift or logged in the maintenance book, and perform continuous follow-up on pending tasks.
• Support and Customer Service: Provide top-tier technical support to simulator users, swiftly analyzing technical issues and proposing effective solutions to resolve any operational impacts.
• Equipment and Tool Care: Ensure the proper and responsible use of tools and test instruments, keeping operational areas clean, organized, and in optimal working condition.
• Operational Safety and Environmental Care: Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment anomalies that may pose environmental risks, promoting the efficient use of resources (water, energy) and environmental conservation.
• Workplace Culture and Collaboration: Maintain a healthy, pleasant, and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and supports the achievement of operational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (completed or incomplete) in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Associate degree in Electronics, or related technical fields.
• Technical proficiency in maintenance manuals and schematic/electronic diagrams.
• Basic English proficiency (ability to read and comprehend technical documentation).
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, and electronic testing instruments.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.

Como Técnico de Mantenimiento de Simuladores de Vuelo, serás responsable de garantizar la continuidad operacional, disponibilidad y máxima eficiencia de los simuladores de vuelo a través de la ejecución precisa del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, el diagnóstico oportuno de fallas técnicas y el cumplimiento estricto de las especificaciones del fabricante, a fin de asegurar un entorno de entrenamiento seguro, funcional y alineado con los estándares de excelencia y servicio al cliente de la organización. Responsabilidades clave:

• Mantenimiento Técnico y Calidad: Ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento asignadas vía Work Order o por indicación de la supervisión, asegurando un estricto apego a los manuales, normas y procedimientos establecidos por los fabricantes de los simuladores.
• Monitoreo Diario y Bitácora Operativa: Elaborar el reporte diario de trabajo ( Daily Check ), corregir cualquier anomalía detectada durante el turno o registrada en la bitácora de mantenimiento y dar seguimiento continuo a los trabajos pendientes.
• Soporte y Servicio al Cliente: Brindar atención técnica de excelencia a los usuarios de los simuladores, analizando problemas técnicos de manera ágil y proponiendo soluciones efectivas para resolver cualquier afectación a la operación.
• Cuidado del Entorno y Herramientas: Hacer un uso adecuado y responsable de los equipos e instrumentos de trabajo, manteniendo las áreas operativas ordenadas, limpias y en óptimas condiciones de conservación.
• Cuidado Operacional y Medio Ambiente: Identificar y reportar condiciones inseguras o anomalías en la maquinaria que impliquen riesgos de contaminación, promoviendo el uso eficiente de los recursos (agua, energía) y la conservación ambiental.
• Clima Laboral y Colaboración: Mantener un ambiente de trabajo sano, agradable y colaborativo que favorezca el trabajo en equipo y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos del área.

Requisitos:

• Ingeniería concluida o trunca en Comunicaciones y Electrónica, Técnico en Electrónica o carreras afines.
• Dominio técnico de manuales de mantenimiento y diagramas electrónicos.
• Inglés nivel básico (capacidad de lectura y comprensión de documentación técnica).
• Manejo de herramientas de trabajo, equipos de medición e instrumentos electrónicos.
• Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos bajo presión.
• Orientación al servicio al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
