You will be part of the Sustainability Consulting Business Unit in a multi-disciplinary, committed and fast-growing team.

Your first assignment will concern a PMO role for the Air Power Resource & Outsourcing Management team.

The role ...

Among other duties, your role will include:

  • Supporting the team in shaping a harmonized and transverse Subcontracting and Extended Make strategy.
  • Participating in the implementation and monitoring of this strategy across the all Air Power Engineering Centers, and across 4 countries: Fr, Uk, Sp, Ger.
  • Helping to integrate relevant sustainability criteria in supplier selection, and defining the tools and methods to assess suppliers’ sustainability performance, in line with Airbus group policy.
  • Contributing to Call-for-Tender package preparation, validation and supplier assessment, with close attention to compliance.
  • Interfacing with suppliers and helping to consolidate performance KPIs covering Air Power cross functions (Operation, Engineering, Customer Service, Cross Program, Aviation Safety)
  • Liaising with the Multi-Functional Team (MFT) including Airbus group General Procurement and Finance as well as other involved stakeholders (Planning/Controlling, Suppliers)
  • Deliver associated process, methods and tools for subcontracting and Extended Make ordering and monitoring


The scope of your missions will be likely to evolve according to the priorities of our BU as well as your own capacities and aspirations.

Are you THE one ?

  • Engineering school or university degree
  • You have a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability topics.
  • Knowledge of tools, standards and regulations related to environmental management, due diligence and corporate social responsibility (CSR)
  • You must have at least 5 years' experience
  • Strong knowledge in :
    • Project Management
    • Procurement Processes
    • Subcontracting and workload transfer Processes
  • Advanced English is required. Spanish recommended. French and/or German would be an additional advantage.
