Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Manager (f/m) to join our General Procurement based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing the performance and compliance of the entire Airbus Group supply chain. As part of SCQ Engineering ME Customer Services , you will be involved in managing performance contract execution and monitoring service suppliers (Engineering, ICT, Facilities) aiming at ensuring delivery quality, mitigating risks and generating value for the whole Group.

Your challenges:

  • Perform supplier assessments for supply chain quality requirements compliance within the services scope.
  • Manage and monitor approval, surveillance and DOA/POA compliance activities for aircraft-related suppliers.
  • Control and develop supplier performance (OTD/OQD) by implementing appropriate action plans to correct deterioration.
  • Identify and mitigate specific supplier and Work Package risks by conducting on-site capacity assessments.
  • Contribute to the definition of strategic supplier segmentation in close collaboration with buyers.


Your boarding pass:

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience as a SCQM
  • Mastery of Supply Chain Management and Supplier Quality Assurance (SCQM)
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations and DOA/POA (Design/Production Organization Approval) processes
  • Experience in supplier process audits and capability assessments
  • Skills in supplier risk management and action plans (recovery/improvement)
  • English : Negotiation Level
