Supplier Development Manager:
The Supplier Development Manager is responsible to execute missions/Projects for the Airbus supply chain and quality teams by applying industrial expertise needed to drive development of suppliers in Asia pacific, with a particular focus on Taiwan.
Travel: 80% (Within Taiwan) + 20% (International- Mainly, Asia Pacific)

Responsible for executing missions & projects with the objective to improve suppliers’ performances on Quality, Cost & Deliveries.
Missions/Projects objectives:
• To execute new product introduction, Transfer of work through APQP (advance product quality planning) deployment and project management.
• To improve supply chain maturity on meeting Airbus industrial process requirements.
• To cascade Airbus supply chain quality requirements and coach the suppliers to ensure application of harmonized best practices.
• To improve the quality level and reliability of suppliers.
• To achieve top level delivery performances.
• To secure Airbus ramp-up at supplier level, mitigate the capacity risks.
• To significantly improve supplier's productivity & reduce global cost by deploying lean manufacturing techniques.
• Contribute to Regional sourcing office priorities on Supplier identification & assessments.
• To manage overall risks on supply chain quality and provide solutions for mitigation.
• To execute/support various industrial process control assessments and audits at suppliers’ site, follow up on action plan until closure and effectiveness.
