• Mise à jour et nettoyage des données : Assurer la fiabilité, la qualité et la mise à jour massive des bases de données orientées IA dans nos systèmes en identifiant les anomalies, doublons ou données manquantes (Data Cleansing).
• Compréhension fonctionnelle et relais outils : Analyser les fonctions des bases de données afin d'établir un relais efficace et cohérent avec les différents outils métiers de la Supply Chain.
• Interface fournisseurs : Interagir de manière proactive avec les fournisseurs de matières premières métalliques pour coordonner, accompagner et assurer la mise à jour des données de leur côté.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5 dans le domaine de la Gestion des données, Supply Chain, Management des Systèmes Industriels ou domaine équivalent pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois.

Un bon niveau d'anglais est impératif pour ce poste, la langue de travail étant l'anglais.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

• Data Management et bases de données orientées Intelligence Artificielle (IA)
• Nettoyage et fiabilisation de la donnée (Data Cleansing)
• Compréhension de la structure des bases de données Supply Chain
• Capacité à s'interfacer avec des fournisseurs externes et à utiliser des outils métiers

An internship opportunity titled " Intern in Quality and Supply Chain Database Management (M/F) " has just opened within Airbus Commercial at its Blagnac site.

You will join an international team within the " Quality Supply Chain for Titanium, Steel & Special Alloys " department responsible for managing the direct and indirect supply chain of Titanium, Steel, and Special Alloys suppliers to secure deliveries compliant with needs in terms of quality, time, and cost, and implementing supply derisking solutions in demanding geopolitical and industrial contexts. This internship will consist of: ensuring the management, cleaning, and updating of Artificial Intelligence (AI) oriented databases, understanding business functions to act as a relay with various tools, and interfacing directly with suppliers to ensure data updates on their side.

This internship will start in February 2027 for a duration of 6 months.

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Data updating and cleaning : Ensuring the reliability, quality, and massive update of AI-oriented databases in our systems by identifying anomalies, duplicates, or missing data (Data Cleansing).
• Functional understanding and tool relay : Analyzing database functions to establish an effective and consistent relay with the various Supply Chain business tools.
• Supplier interface : Interacting proactively with metallic raw material suppliers to coordinate, support, and ensure data updates on their side.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a degree at the Bachelor to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) level in the field of Data Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Systems Management, or an equivalent field for an internship duration of 6 months.

A strong level of English is mandatory for this position, as it is the primary working language.

You possess the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

• Data Management and Artificial Intelligence (AI) oriented databases
• Data Cleansing and reliability
• Understanding of Supply Chain database structures
• Ability to interface with external suppliers and business tools
