Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une offre de stage intitulée « Analyse de données & intelligence artificielle pour la personnalisation de la cabine de la famille A320 (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Avions Commerciaux sur son site du Saint-Martin (Toulouse). Vous rejoindrez le département « A320 Cabin Definition Management » en charge de la personnalisation de la cabine pour le programme A320. Votre stage consistera à supporter les activités d’analyse de données & IA pour la gestion de la performance de l’équipe en charge de la définition des cabines. Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). Vos principales missions consisteront à :• Coordonner les projets de données & IA selon les besoins des Cabin Customization Managers (responsables de la définition cabine avec les compagnies aériennes) et de l'équipe de direction• Comprendre l’écosystème de données manipulées par le secteur• Maquetter des solutions• Industrialiser des solutions dans l'environnement Skywise (outil Airbus)Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :• Développer une culture axée sur les données et l'intelligence artificielle dans le cadre de la personnalisation de la cabine• Promouvoir les initiatives d'analyse et de prédiction de données au-delà du périmètre du service• Développer l'environnement IA et les flux de travail par agents• Gestion de projet en méthode Agile• Connaissance détaillée de l’activité de personnalisation d’avion• Soft skills tels que la communication et la gestion des interlocuteurs
Vous êtes actuellement en Bac+5 en analyse de données, science des données ou un domaine équivalent. Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes : •Compétences techniques : • Une première expérience en gestion de projet • Une très bonne maîtrise de la programmation en Python (de préférence sur les environnements Pandas ou Apache Spark) • La création d'agents IA (ingénierie de contexte et harness) est un plus • L'utilisation d'agents IA pour le codage • Des connaissances en SQL, HTML, NodeJS, LangGraph et PyTorch sont un plus • Soft Skills : • Curiosité, rigueur et autonomie • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication • Appétence pour l'exploration de données et le suivi de leur qualité • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et international • Langues : • Anglais : Niveau Négociation • Français : Niveau Élémentaire

Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled: « Data analytics & Artificial intelligence for A320 Family cabin customization (f/m) » has just opened at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, located on the Saint-Martin (Toulouse) site. You will join the "A320 Cabin Definition Management" department in charge of cabin customization for the A320 Family programme. Your internship will consist in supporting data analytics & AI activities for business performance management of the cabin definition team. Ideally, this is a
6 months
internship and it should start in
January 2027
(date subject to flexibility). Your main missions will consist of: • Coordinating data & AI projects based on needs from Cabin Customization Managers and the management team • Understanding the business data ecosystem • Prototyping solutions • Industrializing solutions within the Skywise environment (Airbus tool) Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and developing your skills. This internship will allow you to develop the following skills: • Developing a data-centric & AI mindset in the cabin customization department • Promoting data analytics & data prediction initiatives in cabin customization beyond department perimeter • Building AI context and agent workflows • Project management using Agile methodologies • In-depth knowledge of aircraft customization activities • Soft skills such as communication and stakeholder management
Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 / Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or an equivalent field. You possess the following competencies: • Technical skills: • Basic knowledge of project management • Good knowledge of Python programming (preferably with Pandas or Apache Spark) • Building AI agents with harness and context engineering is a plus • Using AI code agents for coding • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, NodeJS, LangGraph, and PyTorch is a plus • Soft Skills: • Curiosity, rigor, and autonomy • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Data exploration and quality monitoring mindset • Ability to cope with a multicultural and international working environment • Language skills: • English: Negotiation • French: Intermediate
