Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage 2025 en Amélioration de la performance (h/f)» vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez le département Widebody Programme en charge de la gestion de la configuration de nos appareils de la famille A330 et A350.

Votre stage consistera à contribuer à l’amélioration de la gestion de performance au sein des équipes programme en gestion de la configuration des appareils de la famille A330 et A350. L’objectif étant d’en faire un standard applicable à l’ensemble des équipes Widebody Programme.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2025 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités :

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

  • Définir et déployer le système de gestion des performances commerciales pour la communauté CM Widebody.

  • Piloter la convergence A330 & A350 sur la gouvernance, les KPI et le reporting en mettant en place le système le plus efficace et en favorisant les synergies lorsque cela est possible entre les équipes.

  • Interagir avec les différentes parties prenantes pour gérer les attentes et les besoins des clients.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

  • Gestion de projet.

  • Gestion des performances commerciales et de l'amélioration.

  • Fondamentaux de la gestion de configuration.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l'ingénierie aéronautique ou une discipline apparentée ? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Connaissances du secteur aéronautique.

  • Volonté de prendre des initiatives pour proposer des méthodes de travail plus simples et plus efficaces.

  • Autonomie, adaptabilité, disponibilité et responsabilité.

Compétences linguistiques attendues :

  • Anglais : courant.

  • Français : intermédiaire.

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. You will contribute to the following:

  • Define and deploy the business performance management system for the Widebody CM community.

  • Drive the A330 & A350 convergence on governance, KPIs, and reporting by implementing the most efficient systems and promoting synergies among teams.

  • Interact with stakeholders to manage expectations and customer needs.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • Project management.

  • Business performance and improvement management.

  • Configuration management fundamentals.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:

  • Knowledge of the aerospace sector.

  • Willingness to take initiatives to propose simpler and more efficient working methods.

  • Autonomy, adaptability, availability, and accountability.

Language skills:

  • French: intermediate.

  • English: fluent.
