As a Specialized Trainer you will develop and deliver training to staff to contribute to the professional development of human capital aligned with Airbus' strategy and objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the completion of the staff training process (Preparation, Initiation, Development, and Closure).
  
• Promote a safety culture during training and prevent accidents in the training area.
  
• Provide information on the status of KPIs (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
  
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
