Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented professional to lead the monitoring and continuous improvement within the Space Systems (SpS) Business Line. This position is key to ensuring the consistency of our performance indicators (KPIs) and the traceability of our targets. We are looking for someone capable of navigating between rigorous data analysis and digital solution optimization, ensuring our response to deviations is agile and evidence-based. Monitoring the performance of the Business Line

  • Participate actively in- and contribute the relevant data to the process of identifying, setting up and tracking the metrics that allow for the assessment of the process and product performance in the area: performance deviations provide inputs for improvement consideration.
  • Ensure the consistency of and the coherence of the definition rationale behind- the performance assessment metrics defined in the area; ensure the quality of all the data connected to the metrics.
  • Participate actively in- and contribute the relevant data to- the process of setting the Performance Targets.
  • Ensure the traceability of changes in Targets and corrections to historical data provided; this in order to maintain the validity of the interpretation of data during the performance Dialogue Process.
  • Ensure the updating and alignment of the ID associated to the KPI and the reality of the data provided
  • Coordination with the data representatives inside the Business Unit to ensure the quality of the KPI and the comments associated.
  • Contribute to the definition and to the adherence in his scope of the Governance Model to manage E2E performance process.
  • Ensure qualitative data are available for SpS Excom performance dialogue every month as well as for the yearly Quality Management System Review (QMSR)

Improvement of the digital solution to sustain the performance flow.

  • Facilitate the definition and sustainability of a digital solution to cover the E2E performance process in an automated way as much as possible
  • Ensure a smooth flow of the information, mapping pain points, loops, other information customers,... in order to define a robust and efficient solution to optimize this flow.
  • Provide expertise in technical solution such as Qlik Sense, SPOT (SAP HANA) or internal tools e.g. Quality Analytics, NC CAPA, WYSIT...in order to define the most efficient solution
  • Create solutions to facilitate data analytics oriented to internal Customer needs and promote / make use of AI where relevant

Support for the day to day operations of the ERM in SpS Quality

  • Support the day to day operations of the ERM in SpS Quality (collection in the different teams, mitigation actions plan and follow-up, report preparation for reporting, etc.)
  • Collect and exchange best practices in order to optimize risks and ops management for the SpS Quality function
  • Maintain the risk register in ARM (R&O Management) and prepare a monthly heat map with top action follow-up at SpS Quality Management level
