Position: Simulation Frameworks Engineer

Required Education:

B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.E in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control

Experience:

3-8 years in software design and development

Training sessions will be conducted on different aspects of tools framework

Responsibilities:

  • Framework Development:
    • Simulation Runtime Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
    • Simulation Development Environment development based on AGILE methodology.
  • Specify, design, develop, integrate, validate, deliver and deploy the software and web applications
  • Design & Develop database schemas and deliver data architecture
  • Capable of writing high quality code and deliver on time
  • Complete activities like code review and git merge
  • Defines the Product Roadmap, Sprints, release plan
  • Develops meaningful user stories through connect with users
  • Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories
  • Reporting progress of activity with timely escalations
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks.
  • Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.

Required skills and expertise: Full Stack Expertise

  • Frontend Development:
    • Strong Proficiency in React.js: Expert knowledge of hooks, functional components, and state management (Redux, Context API, or Zustand).
    • Modern Web Fundamentals: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind), and Responsive Design.
    • API Integration: Experience connecting React frontends with RESTful microservices (Spring Boot/Python).
  • Core Programming & Architecture:
    • Strong Python Programming: Extensive experience in developing scalable, high-quality code.
    • OOPS & Multithreading: Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming and concurrent execution across different languages.
    • Design Patterns: Good understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Singleton, Observer) to ensure code maintainability.
  • Database Knowledge:
    • Data Modeling: Proficiency in at least one database such as MySQL, H2, or MongoDB.
    • Understanding of schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Frameworks & Specialized Tools:
    • Backend: Spring Boot, Node.js.
  • Deployment & Cloud:
    • Containerization: Hands-on experience with OpenShift (or Kubernetes) and Docker.
    • CI/CD: Familiarity with deployment tools and automated pipelines.
  • Interested in ramping up on new technologies while supporting legacy
  • Proficient in design & development of web applications and deploying them.
  • Good at problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
