Job Description:

The candidate will be the focal points for all quality aspects related with the performance of the GSS3(ES) at the ES MOB Zaragoza , and liase with ADS Quality central teams for the support on the resolution and progress on those quality aspects when needed.

The candidate shall have two primary roles;

(1) assistance to the ES MOB’s Quality Manager and Accountable Manager and other ES Quality personnel at same level of seniority as the Seller’s Quality Manager, in the performance of their duties, including but not limited to assistance to the following activities.

(A) Drafting of the ES MOB ’s Maintenance Organization Quality System documents and procedures, such as a Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) for the intended PERAM 145 approval of the ES MOB.
(B) Preparation, execution and follow-up of actions of the audits required by the ES ES MOB’s Maintenance Organization Quality System.
(C) Reception, control and distribution of technical documentation.
(D) Update, control and distribution of Quality System documentation.
(E) Update and control of maintenance personnel dossiers containing qualification and privilege records.

(F) Following up the implementation of corrective actions identified for the approved Maintenance Organization.
(G) Drafting of In-Service Event Report Forms when events occur that impair, or could impair, safety, and/or operational performance, and/or expected supportability performance.
(H) Drafting of warranty claims.
(I) Quality issues related to the segregation of serviceable from unserviceable Aircraft parts.
(J) Quality issues relating to tool control.
(K) Support and execute to MOB with MOE awareness sessions

(2) Provision of quality support to the ADs personnel located at the ES MOB.

The candidate shall provide quality support to the Seller’s personnel located at the ES MOB, including but not limited to the activities below

(A) Support to the MOB Maintenance Assistance Team, comprising:
i. General support on regulatory issues regarding PERAM 145, EMAR 145, PERAM 66 and PERAM Part M, and
ii. administration relating to the certification privileges of individual B1 and B2 licensed engineers within the MOB Maintenance Assistance Team.

(B) Support to the Material Team, comprising
i. acting as a focal point for quality issues regarding incoming material, and
ii. assistance in the resolution of non-conformances of packing, documentation etc...

(C) Support to the AGE Manager, comprising:
i. general legislative support,
ii. support relating to CE marking provisions and their applicability,
iii. EU directives, and
iv. ISO / EN standards

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate needs to be Engineer, Technical Engineer or Equivalent. The candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.

The candidate needs to have experience dealing with the Customer and Airforces, Experience dealing with EAE will be positively considered.

The candidate needs to have experience working in quality organization and PERAM 145 regulation . Experience dealing with approvals and Airworthiness authorities is needed as follows:

(A) A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in quality, of which at least one (1) shall be in a maintenance / MRO area. Experience managing PERAM 145 military approvals in direct contact with Military Airworthiness Authorities.

(B) Sound knowledge of ES military regulations and procedures.
