Job Description:

• Designing, communicating & implementing Digital strategies for India & South Asia, ensuring alignment with international Digital strategy and regional growth strategies
  
• Overseeing Digital operations for India & South Asia including the management, development and goal setting aiming to secure the market position of Airbus by anticipating technological trends and change of demands from customers:
  
• Workforce management of a team
  
• Managing Managers delivering:
  
  • Technical infrastructure for Airbus Commercial, Airbus Helicopters & Airbus Defence & Space operations ensuring
    
    • Data Classification, Governance and internal and external compliance
      
    • Export Control Compliance
      
    • Cyber resilience and protection
      
    • Connection stability, security and performance
      
    • Disaster recovery and business continuity
      
  • Sustainable development of the lifecycle of high complex and highly integrated products & services with significant relevance to the operations in India & South Asia:
    
    • User onboarding, offboarding and moving services
      
    • Hardware and software solutions
      
    • Telecommunications
      
    • Printing solutions
      
    • Technical support
      
  • Regional Cyber & Risk Protection
    
    • Cyber security posture & resilience of the region
      
    • Comprehensive IT & OT security management
      
    • Regular and holistic identification, assessment and remediation of risk s
      
  • Software solutioning and development
    
    • Design, develop and implement digital applications/software solutions
      
    • Compliance with regional and global policies, strategies and regulations
      
    • Application compliance & security
      
• Accountable for the regional Digital budget (20M+ Euros)
  
• Representative for India in transnational digital forums, boards, committees, projects and the broader Airbus worldwide community.
  
• Represent Digital and promote its vision, value, services and capabilities as well as identifying room for improvement in the India & South Asia region proactively.
  
• Responsible for ensuring technical business continuity and disaster resilience of Airbus
  
• Accountable for the Roof team to deliver strategic company wide demands and projects on time, cost and quality.
  
• Continuous improvement of the Digital environment.
  
• Coach, mentor, train and develop Digital team members
