Coordoneaza activitatea de productie a personalului pe care il conduce, de-a lungul schimbului in care lucreaza;

Participa la coordonarea activităţilor de producţie cu celelalte activităţi desfăşurate în cadrul unitătii de productie;

Respectă prevederile sistemului de management al calităţii şi siguranţei produsului;

Asigura consultanta de specialitate pentru soluţionarea problemelor referitoare la activitatea sa;

Participa la stabilirea planului de productie si a sedintelor de productie;

Participa la realizarea programelor de dezvoltare ale societatii si urmareste incadrarea in normele aprobate;

Raspunde de impactul şi importanţa activităţilor sale asupra bunei desfasurari a procesului tehnologic;

Raspunde in mod direct de utilajele si de sculele care i se dau in administrare si folosinta;

Raspunde de asigurarea conformităţii activitatii de productie cu politica specifica în domeniul calităţii şi siguranţei umane;

Raspunde de impactul şi importanţa activităţilor sale asupra calităţii produsului;

Raspunde de respectarea FIFO a comenzilor de productie, in cadrul atelierului de productie;

Raspunde de respectarea cerinţelor sistemului de management si a legislatiei in vigoare;

Raspunde de activitatea de securitate si sanatate in munca, de prevenire a riscurilor profesionale si efectuarea instructajului la locul de munca si periodic al lucratorilor din subordine;

Cunoaste notiuni de nivel mediu ale desenelor tehnice de fabricatie a pieselor
