Accountabilities :
As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.

The post holder is responsible for leading subordinate colleagues. The employee has an obligation to comply with all procedures and instructions applicable to his workplace. Supporting superiors in order to optimize internal processes and procure new work equipment. He is responsible for organizing and carrying out periodic stock checks Optimization of processes and procedures. Guidance (orientation) of staff. Introducing new technologies, methods or processes. Elaboration of measures, in order to achieve the proposed goals. Actively participates in process improvement. Responsible for the arrangement and cleanliness of the workplace and nearby spaces. He is responsible for initiating, training and evaluating new colleagues. Complies with the rules of Labor Protection and Security and PSI according to R.O.I.

Conducerea angajaților din subordine
Suport tehnic în vederea instruirii și îndrumării personalului, verificarea proceselor și rezultatelor.
Instruirea personalului în vederea respectării normelor și instrucțiunilor pe liniile SSM, PSI și protecția mediului.
Participă la formarea și calificarea angajaților.
Sprijinirea superiorilor în deciziile referitoare la personalul angajat.
Întocmește diverse rapoarte specifice activității.
Planifică schimburile.
Efectuează programarea concediilor.
Conduce și organizează activitățile personalului din subordine.
Inițiază măsurile disciplinare, dacă este necesar.
Are responsabilitatea de a îndeplinii orice altă sarcină primită, în limita competenței postului său, de la superiorii pe linie ierarhică
Întocmește propuneri pentru calificarea personalului (ofertare și prelucrare).
Sprijinirea superiorilor în vederea optimizării proceselor interne și procurarea de noi echipamente de lucru.
Are responsabilitatea de a organiza si efectua verificari periodice de stoc
Optimizarea proceselor și procedurilor.
Ghidarea (orientarea) personalului.
Introducerea de noi tehnologii, metode sau procese.
Întocmirea de măsuri, în vederea îndeplinirii țelurilor propuse.
Participă activ la îmbunătățirea proceselor.
Răspunde de aranjare și curățenia locului de muncă și a spațiilor din apropiere.
Are responsabilitatea de a initia, școlariza și evalua noii colegi.
Respectă normele de Protecția și Securitatea Muncii și PSI conform R.O.I.
