Within Customer Service Engineering & Maintenance, the mission of the Maintenance Program Engineering Optimization team is:

  • Approved and deliver one time maintenance deviations (ASAC, AMPES, FCD, RDAF) upon customer request
  • Deliver Maintenance Program (MP) Optimization solutions for our customers, customised per operator or multi-operator (outside MRB process) or for the whole fleet (under MRB process).
  • Deliver MP trainings (SMP, customized seminars) to our customers
  • Deliver value to our customers by developing new services for Scheduled Maintenance or creating new MP optimization opportunities, jointly with SIMA Services organization


The Maintenance Program Engineering Optimization team is based in Toulouse(FR), Hamburg(GE), Filton(UK), Bangalore(IN), Getafe(SP), Beijin (CHI) and Mobile (USA).

This Job Request is for a position based in Beijing.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Program Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering customised maintenance programs and deviations, creating value for our customers and for Airbus, and leading simple projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a good background in aircraft maintenance and a passion for continuous improvement.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
