Job Objectives

  • Lead the execution of Performance Management for Operations
  • Lead Performance Improvement from a customer focused perspective at company level
  • Deploy Airbus Continuous Improvement initiates (Called Airbus Operating System - AOS) at company level


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of Performance Management from the ASPAC and/or China Operational Offices
  • Drive regional performances reviews at senior leadership level by leading an Multi-functional Teams of performance managers from various functions
  • Take accountability in ensuring collective resolution of pain points and customer irritants
  • Lead Performance Improvement projects from a customer focused perspective
  • Ensure data driven continuous improvement with quantitative results visible at senior managers and customers
  • Use data-driven information and deep-dives to take educated decision and prioritization


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Deploy Airbus Continuous Improvement initiates (Called Airbus Operating System - AOS) deployment in Satair in close collaboration with Airbus Customer Services AOS team (S function) and Satair Functions.
  • Achieve maturity evolution on fundament AOS Bricks such as SQCDP, PPS, KPI Tree, etc...
  • Lead Multi-functional Teams from various functions to deploy continuous improvement tools via pragmatic mindset
  • Contribute towards a positive and inspiring working environment


Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of professional experience
  • University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics
  • Being used to work in multifunctional and multicultural setups
  • Can do attitude and proactive
  • Stakeholder Management skill (ability to establish sustainable stakeholders networks and develop a positive and long-term relationship)
  • Continuous Simplifier and always keep the customer focused view
  • Willing to travel overseas
  • Knowledge/Experience in Project Management
  • AOS knowledge specifically : Quality, Lean fundamentals and Performance management
  • Google Suites (Gmail, gSheet, gSlides, etc....)
  • Relations across functions and with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an international context
  • Ability to be autonomous and self-driving
  • Basic Data Analytics related to performance management
