Job Description

Job Description:

### Be the Heartbeat of the A320 Delivery

Are you ready to be the driving force between our suppliers, our production teams, and our airline customers?

We are looking for a Lead Cabin FAL Interface (CFI) to join the Airbus Procurement Operations team in Toulouse. In this role, you aren’t just sitting behind a desk; you are on the ground in the Final Assembly Line (FAL), ensuring the A320-one of the world's most successful aircraft-is delivered on time and to the highest standard of quality.

If you thrive in a transfunctional environment where no two days are the same, and you want to see the visible impact of your work as an aircraft leaves the hangar, this role is for you.

### Your Mission

As a Lead CFI, you act as the vital link between the Cabin Supply Chain and the Final Assembly Line. You are responsible for managing all cabin supplier activities for your assigned aircraft, ensuring we hit critical milestones (from Cabin Fit-Check to Handover).

You will drive performance in three key areas:

1. Operational Excellence & Supplier Management

  • Coordinate on-site teams: Direct supplier support teams to ensure immediate reactivity to issues.
  • Resolve roadblocks: Solve operational constraints and manage non-conformity items until closure.
  • Prioritize: Manage supplier activities to align strictly with FAL milestones.
  • Escalate: Utilize SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) boards to raise critical issues and implement rapid solutions.

2. Supply Chain Security

  • Manage critical parts: Monitor short-term missing parts, provide accurate "On Dock Dates" (ODD), and keep the FAL leadership informed.
  • Mitigate risk: Trigger long-term risk management strategies in collaboration with Supply Chain Quality Managers.

3. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Drive solutions: Identify repetitive issues in daily operations and initiate Practical Problem Solving (PPS) procedures.
  • Collaborate: Feedback operational realities to internal customers and support the liability process regarding non-conformities.

### Who You Are

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate a complex, international environment with diplomacy and grit.

  • Education: Degree in Aeronautics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: You have a background in Quality, Production, or Supply Chain. Experience in Project Management is a strong asset.
  • Personality: You are autonomous, customer-oriented, and a true team player who stays calm under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP (PEA, PAC) is highly valued.
  • Languages: You have negotiation-level English and an advanced level of French.

### Why Join Us?

  • Global Exposure: Work in a truly transnational environment, interacting daily with diverse teams, international suppliers, and major global airlines.
  • Visible Impact: You will play a direct role in the customer satisfaction of our airline clients.
  • Growth: This role offers a steep learning curve in procurement.operations and high-level stakeholder management. This position has been graded 11
