Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission

The jobholder will be responsible for Airbus SAP ABAP support on S/4 HANA system.

The main responsibilities are:

• Design, develop and support application solutions with focus on SAP ABAP.
  
• Create programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
  
• Enhancement of existing applications in SAP (Corrective and change requests of the SAP system from a development point of view).
  

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

You have the following skills and experience:

• Bsc or MSc in Computer Science/ Engineering, information system or related fields
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABAP
  
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to learn on the job
  

Good knowledge in:

• ALE/IDOC/EDI Interfaces
  
• ABAP BADI (Business Add-In), BAPI’s and RFC’s
  
• Debugging (experience in advanced debugger is preferred).
  
• Job scheduling and error handling
  
• Smart form, Script’s and PDF based form
  
• Ability to quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/functional groups
  
• Ability to take detailed programming designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code
  
• Understanding of SAP FI/CO process would be preferred
