Prioritize safety and airworthiness compliance to deliver high-quality Embodiment Instruction Documents (EIDs) to customers on time. Provide timely responses to customer queries and support the Service Bulletin (SB) embodiment process.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze design definitions, including installation drawings and principles for cabin systems, mechanical systems and structures
  
• Analyze PRE and POST Design data (3D) for the scope of modification defined by the Retrofit Engineer(s)
  
• Prepare the Embodiment Instruction Documents (EIDs) with the visual instructions for the modifications to be applied on the Aircraft
  
• Develop or modify Bill of Materials (BOM) validating embodiment process sequences
  
• Review and approve supplier generated Embodiment Instruction Documents (EIDs) to ensure they comply with Airbus quality standards
  
• Provide Embodiment Instructions data to Service Bulletin production, material supply and other involved internal stakeholders
  

• Responsible activities to be executed in defined terms of cost, time and quality
  
• Participate in technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Support airworthiness activities and Safety Management System.
  

Qualification & Skills:

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering

Experience: 5 to 8 years as Retrofit Solutions Engineer (RSE) or Manufacturing Engineer (ME) for Aerospace projects

• Working experience and knowledge on the ATA chapters 25, 21, 38 & 11 in Engineering activities or retrofit Activities
  
• Knowledge on Cabin/Mechanical systems and structures installation
  
• Experience in working on Airbus design tools such as CATIA V5, VPM & Pass
  
• Ability to read, understand and interpret full 3D, engineering drawings & specifications
  

• Airbus Mise au point knowledge is a plus
  
• Project Management skill is a plus
  
• Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills
  
• Communication skills and assertiveness
  
• English Advanced level is mandatory.
