Vous avez une expérience en planification et/ou en gestion de projets, l’aéronautique vous passionne et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous!

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable de planification intégrée pour rejoindre notre équipe Planification Intégrée basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous ferez partie d'une équipe multidisciplinaire et où suivrez l'entièreté de l'évolution d'une Tête de version.

Votre rôle en tant que Responsable de planification intégrée sera de suivre les jalons primaires du projet à partir de la signature de l’entente avec le client jusqu’à la livraison du premier avion, en interagissant avec les équipes de contrats, Ingénierie, Achat, Méthodes, Logistiques et Planification long terme. Vous serez également responsable de publier et cascader la planification de référence pour chaque tête de version, faire le suivi de l'avancement du développement et réajuster au besoin, ainsi qu'initier, supporter et mener des projets de réduction de temps de cycle.

Vos défis :

• Préparer des scénarios en support aux campagnes de ventes ;
  
• Officialiser la planification de référence, qui rencontre à la fois les engagements avec le client, les alignements budgétaires et la planification des ressources pour chaque version d’intérêt en cours de développement ;
  
• Faire l'interface entre les équipes de gestion des projets de développement et la planification intégrée ;
  
• Identifier et anticiper les risques reliés au projet et escalader les enjeux aux besoins ;
  
• Maintenir à jour les indicateurs d'adhérence aux standards de planification ;
  
• Maintenir et améliorer le modèle de temps standard des activités de développement avec l’aide des fonctions impliquées ;
  
• Être le représentant de la fonction Planification Intégrée au sein des rencontres hebdomadaires des équipes multifonctionnelles du processus FCO (Fulfill Customer Order) ;
  
• Mener les projets Réduction des Délais en utilisant la méthodologie LBIP (Airbus Lean Business Improvement Project) ;
  
• Supporter les initiatives de digitalisation, de déploiement des nouveaux outils de planification et leur impact sur les méthodes de travail ;
  
• Bâtir et présenter les projections des requis d’équipements personnalisés de la cabine (ex. XLBins, Monuments et BFE).
  

Votre profil :

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en ingénierie, en gestion de projet ou en gestion des opérations ;
  
• Vous avez trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans une environnement manufacturier complexe ;
  
• Vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet et/ou en planification ;
  
• Vous êtes familier avec les jalons développement design, intégration et certification d’un avion ;
  
• Vous êtes familier avec les applications de l’environnement Google ;
  
• Vous êtes analytique et avez de bonnes habiletés en résolution de problèmes ;
  
• Vous savez faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie ;
  
• Vous avez des habiletés sociales pour travailler en grande équipe multidisciplinaire ;
  
• Vous avez d’excellente habileté en communication, autant en français qu’en anglais, à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Customization Planning Manager (Integrated Version Planner) to join our Integrated Planning team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be part of the multidisciplinary team of Head-of-Version and where you will follow the entire evolution of a Head-of-Version.

Your role as Customization Planning Manager will be to follow primary milestones of the project from the signature of the agreement with the customer until the delivery of the first aircraft, by interacting with the teams of contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Methods, Logistics and Long-term planning. You will also be responsible to release and cascade the baseline for each Head-of-Version, monitor development progress and readjust as needed, as well as initiate, support and lead cycle time reduction projects.

Your challenges :

• Prepare scenarios to support sales campaigns;
  
• Formalize the baseline schedule for each aircraft’s version of interest, which meets both customer engagements, budget alignments, and resource planning;
  
• Act as a liaison between the development project management teams and integrated planning;
  
• Identify and anticipate the risks related to the project and escalate the issues as needed;
  
• Maintain planning standard model and their measurement indicators;
  
• Maintain and improve standard development times with the help of the functions involved;
  
• Represent the Planning function during weekly meetings including multifunctional team supporting the FCO process (Fulfill Customer Order);
  
• Lead Lead Time Reduction projects using the LBIP methodology (Airbus Lean Business Improvement Project);
  
• Support digitalization initiatives including planning tools deployment and their impact on working methods;
  
• Build and share the forecast for customized equipment (XLBins, Cabin monuments & BFE).
  

Your profile :

• You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or operations management;
  
• You have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment;
  
• You have experience in project management and/or planning;
  
• You are familiar with the design, integration and certification development milestones of an aircraft;
  
• You are familiar with the Google environment applications;
  
• You are analytical and have good problem solving skills;
  
• You demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
  
• You have social skills to work in a large multidisciplinary team;
  
• You have excellent communication skills, both in French and English, both written and spoken.
