Vous avez une expérience dans l'aéronautique ou toutes autres industries,, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine des achats et/ou approvisionnement et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous !

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) responsable de la compétitivité achats pour rejoindre notre équipe achat / approvisionnement basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'équipe achat d'Airbus basée à Toulouse, Hambourg et filton.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe achat équipements et Systèmes chargée de la compétitivité de l’A220 en collaboration avec les équipes en Europe et au Canada

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Responsable de la compétitivité sera de suivre l'ensemble de la compétitivité de l’A220 pour les équipements et systèmes et connexion étroite avec la responsable des achats équipements et système de l’A220 et l’ensemble des parties prenantes au Canada et en Europe. Vous aurez également à gérer un certain nombre de projets impactant l’ensemble de la commodité achat.

Vos défis:

  • Gérer la feuille de route de compétitivité de l'A220, les réalisations et l'interaction avec le département Finance en étroite coopération avec la commodité Equipment & Systems et avec le responsable de la compétitivité A220 Équipements & Systèmes et Cross-Programmes
  • Suivi de la compétitivité à court et à long terme
  • Coordonner/animer le réseau Procurement Equipment and Systems (PE) pour préparer les dossiers de validation (Inflow Board, Business Review Committee), mise à jour de la stratégie et préparation du forum de compétitivité
  • Interface avec le Programme A220 compétitivité et autres parties prenantes internes pour assurer une bonne coordination
  • Suivre l'avancement des négociations commerciales, des projets de compétitivité (Request For Proposal, Design to Cost,...) avec une interface forte avec A220 Programme Compétitivité
  • Interface avec le réseau BiM en Europe et l'équipe centrale
  • Faciliter la mise en œuvre de nouveaux Process (ex : Contrôle Export, Éthique & Conformité,...) & outils (ex : Quality Management System,...)
  • Développement durable : interface avec Airbus Canada & PE
  • S'assurer que le suivi des réclamations pour l'A220 est à jour et s'aligne régulièrement avec les acheteurs, Équipes multifonctionnelles (MFT) et BiM
  • Contrats : Sécurisez les contrats à jour en termes d'avenants et stockez-les correctement dans eProc
  • ARM : suivi Risque & Opportunités de l'A220 Équipement & Systèmes
  • Organiser la revue d'activité Programme et Achats

Dans ce rôle, vous reporterez au responsable des achats d'équipements et de systèmes A220, basé à Mirabel.

Votre profil:

  • Une expérience en achat est essentielle avec une bonne expérience en matière d'approvisionnement et/ou technique
  • La connaissance du processus d'approvisionnement est un plus
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement multifonctionnel
  • Expérience dans la gestion des parties prenantes et dans l'influence des clients internes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
  • Des connaissances commerciales/contractuelles/financières sont requises
  • Niveau de négociation en anglais, d'autres langues seraient un atout

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a competitiveness manager (f/m) to join our Procurement team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Procurement team based in Toulouse, Hamburg & Filton.

You will be part of the Equipment & Systems Procurement team responsible for the A220 Competitiveness in close collaboration with the team based in Europe and in Canada.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Competitiveness Manager will be responsible for monitoring the overall competitiveness of the A220 for equipment and systems, will work closely with the A220 Equipment and Systems Procurement Manager and all stakeholders in Canada and in Europe. You will also be responsible for managing a number of projects impacting the overall purchasing convenience.

Your challenges:

  • Manage A220 competitiveness roadmap, achievements and interaction with the Program
  • Drive Financial Performance (Cross programmes) in close cooperation with Equipment & Systems Commodities and along with Ho A220 Equipment & Systems and Procurement E&S competitiveness european manager
  • Drive short & long term competitiveness follow-up
  • Coordinate / animate Procurement Equipment & Systems (PE) network to prepare dossier for validation (Inflow Board, Business Review Committee), updating strategy and preparation of competitiveness forum
  • Interface with A220 Program competitiveness and other internal stakeholders to ensure good coordination
  • Monitor progress on Commercial negotiations, competitiveness projects (Request For Proposal, Design to Cost,...) with strong interface with A220 Program Competitiveness
  • Interface with BiM network in Europe and PEY team
  • Facilitate the implementation of new Process (eg: Export Control, Ethic & Compliance,...) & tools (eg: Quality Management Systems,...)
  • Sustainability: interface with Airbus Canada & PE
  • Ensure Claim tracker for A220 is up to date and align on regular basis with buyers, MFT and Business improvement Manager
  • Contracts : Secure contracts up to date in term of amendment and properly store in eProc
  • ARM: Risks & Opps follow-up for A220 E&S
  • Organize Program & Procurement business review

In this role you will report to the Ho A220 Procurement Equipment and Systems.

Your boarding pass:

  • Business experience is essential, although applicants with good Procurement and/ or technical experience
  • Knowledge of the Procurement process are also welcomed
  • Experience in working in a multi-functional environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing internal customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial / Contract / Finance knowledge is required
  • Negotiation level in English, other languages would be an asset
