Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Répartiteur, Flight Test pour rejoindre notre équipe du centre d' essai en vol et d'intégration basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous pourrez également être amené à travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe d'essai d'Airbus basée à Toulouse.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de gestion des opérations d' essais en vol chargée de coordonner toutes les activités liées à la circulation sur la rampe et mise en vol de nos A220 du site de Mirabel.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Répartiteur sera de préparer et contrôler toutes les activités aériennes sur le site de Mirabel, occasionnellement ailleurs lors de déploiement en campagne extérieure, impliquant la planification rigoureuse des vols avec les équipages et la coordination précise des mouvements d' avion.

Vos défis:

• Planification et publication de l’horaire des équipages
  
• Préparation et coordination des vols avec les autorités du trafic aérien et des aéroports : plan de vol, NOTAMS, Meteo, Activation des avions pour Datalink et Iridium dans ARINC
  
• Gestion réglementaire de la documentation opérationnelle obligatoire nécessaire à la mise en vol de nos appareils : permis de vol, certificat d assurance, ordre d'essai
  
• Mise à disposition des divers documents nécessaires aux équipages dans l’Electronic Flight Deck (Flight Notices, Limitations, manuels, listes de contacts, etc.)
  
• Gestion de la circulation des appareils sur la rampe, zone avion du site de Mirabel ouverture du sas d'accès à la piste, attribution des places de stationnements
  
• Communication radio avec les avions en vol et au sol dans les phases nécessaires, surveillance active des vols en cours via l'outil de suivi.
  
• Administration des documents, données et rapports critiques de suivis des opérations d'essai: heures de vol, carburant, KPI, etc.
  

Votre profil:

• Détenteur d' une licence opérateur radio (équivalent CRO-A)
  
• Vous acceptez de travailler selon un horaire de travail flexible (journée, soirée, fin de semaine), selon les besoins de l’organisation.
  
• Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et français, capable de réagir en temps réel en cas de situation imprévue.
  
• Maîtrise des réglementations sur la régulation des opérations aériennes, capable d’agir en sécurité et conformité en tout temps
  
• À l'aise avec la gestion des systèmes informatiques et outils numériques
  
• Rigoureux et ponctuel, vous aimez travailler en équipe pour coordonner efficacement des activités dans un environnement dynamique

Job description :
Do you have experience in flight dispatch or flight operations, a background in aviation, and a desire to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!
The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Flight Test Dispatcher to join our Flight Test and Integration Center team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). In this role, you may also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Airbus Flight Test team based in Toulouse.

Your challenges:

• Crew scheduling and publication.
  
• Flight preparation and coordination with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and airport authorities: including flight plans, NOTAMs, weather briefings, and the activation of Datalink and Iridium systems via ARINC.
  
• Regulatory management of mandatory operational documentation required for flight operations: flight permits, insurance certificates, and flight test orders.
  
• Provisioning of essential crew documentation via the Electronic Flight Deck, such as Flight Notices, limitations, manuals, and contact lists.
  
• Ramp management and aircraft ground movement control at the Mirabel site, including runway access gate operations and parking bay assignments.
  
• Radio communication with aircraft on the ground and in flight during required phases, and active flight monitoring using tracking tools.
  
• Administration of critical flight test data and reports, including flight hours, fuel consumption, KPIs, and other operational metrics.
  

Your boarding pass:

• Licensed Radio Operator (ROC-A or equivalent).
  
• Willing to work flexible hours (days, evenings, and weekends) to meet organizational and operational requirements.
  
• Time responses during unforeseen or emergency situations.
  
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to provide real-time responses during unforeseen or emergency situations.
  
• Mastering flight operations regulations, ensuring safety and full compliance at all times
  
• Proficient in managing IT systems and digital tools
  
• Rigorous, punctual, and a dedicated team player, with a proven ability to coordinate complex activities effectively in a high-pressure, dynamic environment
  

Travel Required: Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.
